Kathryn Coffel is a leader in applying private sector research techniques to the field of transit.  She provides consulting services from the initial strategic phases, through design and implementation. She brings a bachelor's degree in business, a master's in planning and over 25 years of experience in transit customer research, transit industry research, fare policy and performance reporting to the field transit.

Her ability to use hard data and her keen perception allows her to see transit through the lens of the different sub-populations of current and potential transit riders. Kathryn is driven by her belief that applying solid market research principles to transit can result in service that is used and supported by everyone.
